Fowler kicks off the Halloween celebration with business trick or treating from 3-6pm on the Friday closest to Halloween.  Kids get into costume and walk from business to business collecting candy. Later that night there is a costume contest for all ages!  During the contests there will be music, bike raffles, pumpkin carving contest, and free hot dogs! After the contest, kids are welcome to stick around and play Halloween related games and enjoy music.  Residential trick or treating is always on Halloween night.
